Sherri Smith
The CEO, Mrs. Sherri Smith has worked in the human services field for over twenty-five (25) years. She has worked as a direct support worker providing services to people with various mental health illnesses. She has also managed group homes for people with intellectual disabilities. She served as a Case Manager with one of the Community Service Boards for several years. She has also provided Facilitation Services for over one hundred (100) people under the ID Waiver Consumer Directed Services program.

Michael Smith
The Program Director, Michael K. Smith, Sr. has over twenty-five (25) years in the human services field providing care and support to people with disabilities. He has managed several group homes and trained staff in Behavior intervention (TOVA), First Aid/CPR, Human Rights and other disciplines for over ten (10) years.
